Terms of Service

By creating an account, using Luna Sites, using LunaCMS, publishing a site, purchasing a domain, starting a subscription, or accessing the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Luna Sites provides website creation, editing, hosting, domain, and publishing tools. LunaCMS is the CMS and editor used to manage site content and site configuration. Features may include:

• Website creation, imports, templates, theme settings, page editing, media handling, and publishing.
• LunaCMS editing and content management tools for pages, blocks, files, forms, navigation, metadata, and site settings.
• Hosting, SSL, cache, previews, screenshot generation, deployment, and public site delivery.
• Custom domains, Luna Sites subdomains, DNS support, and domain registration or connection workflows.
• Billing, subscriptions, storage or usage metering, collaborator access, analytics, and administrative controls.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform evolves. Some features may be available only on paid plans or subject to usage limits.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining control of your login methods and devices, and for activity under your account. You must promptly tell us if you believe your account, site, domain, or collaborator access has been compromised.

You keep ownership of the content you create, import, upload, or publish through Luna Sites and LunaCMS. You grant us the rights needed to host, store, process, cache, resize, display, transmit, back up, and otherwise operate your content so we can provide the service.

You are responsible for your sites, content, forms, media, domain names, collaborators, and published materials. You must have the rights, permissions, notices, and consents needed for the content and personal data you use with the service.

• Do not use Luna Sites or LunaCMS for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive activity.
• Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, bypass limits, interfere with infrastructure, or disrupt other users or sites.
• Do not publish content that you do not have the right to use, including images, trademarks, text, code, personal data, or third-party materials.
• Do not use the service to send spam, phishing, fraudulent messages, or unauthorized commercial communications.
• Do not resell, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or misuse the platform except as allowed by law or by written agreement with Luna Sites.

We may suspend or remove accounts, sites, domains, content, or access if we believe there is a violation of these Terms, a security risk, a legal risk, abuse of the platform, or harm to Luna Sites, LunaCMS, users, visitors, service providers, or third parties.

Paid plans, storage, custom domain connections, and related services are billed according to the pricing and checkout terms shown when you buy or renew. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. Luna Sites does not currently sell or register domains. Domain registration and DNS services are provided through third-party registrars.

Domain availability, pricing, taxes, fees, renewal terms, registry rules, and registrar requirements may change. You are responsible for keeping domain contact information accurate and for complying with applicable registrar, registry, and ICANN requirements.

Luna Sites and LunaCMS may integrate with or rely on third-party services for authentication, payments, hosting, databases, email, analytics, domains, storage, caching, and infrastructure. Your use of those features may be subject to the third party's own terms and policies.

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee that Luna Sites, LunaCMS, hosted sites, domains, analytics, imports, previews, or publishing will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available. Maintenance, incidents, provider outages, configuration errors, abuse prevention, and security measures may affect availability.

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Customer site owners are responsible for privacy notices, cookies, forms, analytics, consent, and legal obligations for their own websites and visitors.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luna Sites will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay amounts due, misuse the service, or if continued operation of a site or account would expose Luna Sites or others to legal, security, or operational risk.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new last updated date. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
